How we make money

Capital & Context is free for readers. We're paid by licensed financial service providers (fund managers, banks, dealers, insurers and brokers) when we introduce people who have asked to be connected with them.

What that means for you

• We only share your details when you ask us to, through our "Talk to an expert" form, and with your clear consent.
• We never charge you for using the site or being matched.
• Payments don't change our rates tables. Rates are listed in order of the figure itself, not by who pays us, and providers who don't pay us are listed too.
• We only work with providers licensed in Uganda by the Bank of Uganda, the Capital Markets Authority or the Insurance Regulatory Authority.

If a page includes a sponsored placement in future, it will be clearly labelled "Sponsored".
